Overview: Adele Carr Recruitment is representing a prestigious, people-focused accountancy firm offering an exciting opportunity for an Audit Senior Manager to join their expanding teams in Leeds or Sheffield . The firm values quality, inclusion, and individual contribution, encouraging a flexible and supportive work environment. The Role: Manage a diverse portfolio of commercial audit clients. Lead and coach junior team members and oversee workflow. Prepare accounts, corporation tax returns, and support with occasional management accounts, VAT, and personal tax. Advise on complex accounting issues under UK GAAP/FRS102 standards. Build strong client relationships and deliver outstanding client service. About You: ACA, ACCA, ICAS, CA or CIPFA qualified, with post-qualification audit experience. Strong leadership, project management, and technical skills. Experience with IFRS and larger audits is advantageous. Confident, proactive, and passionate about delivering quality.
