My client is seeking an experienced Senior ER Specialist to join their dynamic team. Reporting to the HR Manager, this role is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead on employee relations (ER) matters while maintaining a broad HR generalist focus. You’ll work on a variety of ER cases, including complex investigations, while coaching and supporting managers to effectively manage their teams. The Role This pivotal role will involve: Leading and managing ER cases, including investigations, disciplinaries, and grievances, with confidence and professionalism. Coaching and guiding managers on ER issues to promote effective leadership and management. Conducting and supporting key HR meetings and consultations.
