Purchase Ledger Supervisor
We are seeking a detailed and motivated Purchase Ledger Supervisor to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in managing accounts payable, ensuring accurate processing of invoices, and maintaining financial records.
Job role:
- Overseeing a small Purchase Ledger team
- Process purchase invoices and ensure they are accurately recorded in the accounting system.
- Reconcile supplier statements
- Resolve discrepancies
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions
- Assist with month-end closing procedures.
- Liaise with suppliers regarding payment queries and invoice discrepancies.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports as needed.
- Support the finance team with various administrative tasks related to accounts payable.
Person Spec:
- Computer literate using MS Office
- Ability to work accurately within tight timescales.
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work on own initiative.
