Key Responsibilities
- Processing high volumes of purchase invoices accurately and efficiently
- Matching, batching and coding invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements and resolving any discrepancies
- Preparing payment runs
- Liaising with suppliers and internal departments regarding invoice queries
- Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting the wider finance team
