The Role: The Financial Accountant will lead the financial reporting and month-end governance framework across all UK entities. The role is accountable for the integrity, timeliness, and control of consolidated monthly results, management accounts, and Board reporting. The position oversees entity-level reporting, consolidation, and financial commentary, ensuring alignment between management, statutory, and Group reporting. It provides leadership and development to the Financial Accounting team and drives reporting discipline, balance sheet integrity, and continuous improvement within a complex multi-entity manufacturing environment.
