Key Responsibilities
- Support the Finance Director with the day to day running of the department to ensure Company financials are accurately maintained and all deadlines are met.
- Cash Flow Management and working capital oversight
- Weekly and Monthly Group Reporting
- Assisting with Budgeting and Forecasting
- Ensuring financial regulatory compliance
- Main Lead with auditors
- Ensure internal controls are in place and regularly reviewed
- Maintain efficient filing systems for the office to ensure proper and secure storage and timely retrieval and control of information.
- Drive continuous improvement, proactively reviewing current methodology and opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.
The Person
- Fully Qualified or QBE
- Strong financial accounting and team management experience
- Experience of process improvement and streamlining
- A self starter who can well autonomously and in a team
- Strong Excel and system skills
