Adele Carr Recruitment are exclusively partnering with a highly successful, profitable and number one in their field FMCG business with reference to a Finance Manager requirement. The role is fast paced, hands on and rewarding, working with a very reputable and welcoming team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Finance Director with the day to day running of the department to ensure Company financials are accurately maintained and all deadlines are met.
  • Cash Flow Management and working capital oversight
  • Weekly and Monthly Group Reporting
  • Assisting with Budgeting and Forecasting
  • Ensuring financial regulatory compliance
  • Main Lead with auditors
  • Ensure internal controls are in place and regularly reviewed
  • Maintain efficient filing systems for the office to ensure proper and secure storage and timely retrieval and control of information.
  • Drive continuous improvement, proactively reviewing current methodology and opportunities to improve efficiency and performance.

The Person:

  • Fully Qualified or QBE
  • Strong financial accounting and team management experience
  • Experience of process improvement and streamlining
  • A self starter who can work well autonomously and in a team
  • Strong Excel and system skills
