Adele Carr Recruitment is seeking a professional Accounts Payable Assistant / Purchase Ledger Clerk to join a fast growing SME business in Widnes. This role is key to maintaining strong supplier relationships and ensuring efficient invoice processing.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing high volumes of purchase invoices
- Matching, batching, and coding invoices
- Reconciling supplier statements
- Preparing payment runs and remittances
- Liaising with suppliers to resolve queries
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in an accounts payable/ purchase ledger role
- Confident communicator
- Excellent attention to detail
- Experience with SAP or similar systems is advantageous
