Job Title: Customer Service Executive (Insurance)

Location: Warrington

Salary: Up to Β£40,000

Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Role Overview

We're working with a well-established organisation in the Warrington area to recruit an experienced Insurance Executive. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a background in personal lines insurance to join a supportive and energetic team, where client service and professional growth are key priorities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and service an existing client base, delivering high-quality insurance support
  • Identify and convert new business opportunities while maintaining exceptional customer service standards
  • Support the wider team in meeting call handling performance targets
  • Generate future-dated leads to increase sales and maximise revenue potential
  • Assist in the renewal of client policies and ensure all necessary information is gathered and processed
  • Prepare and request relevant insurance documentation as required
  • Carry out additional administrative or support tasks in line with business needs

  • Previous experience in personal lines insurance - ideally motor and home
