A high-growth, fast-paced manufacturing business is seeking an experienced and commercially astute Finance Director to lead and evolve its financial control and reporting function. This is a key leadership appointment for a qualified finance professional with deep manufacturing sector experience and a proven track record operating within complex, multi-site environments. The Opportunity
Reporting into the CFO, you will take ownership of the Group's financial reporting, control environment, audit process and technical accounting framework, ensuring the business continues to operate with the highest standards of financial integrity and governance. You will play a pivotal role in driving process improvement, strengthening controls, supporting acquisition integration activity and developing a high-performing finance team within a dynamic and evolving business environment.
