Export & Import Administrator

We\’re looking for an Export & Import Administrator to join a leading business in the food manufacturing industry someone who can keep international shipments on track and paperwork perfectly in order. This is a great opportunity to be part of a supportive team where every day brings something a little different.

You\’ll be the go to staff member for all things export and import, managing the documentation that keeps products moving safely and compliantly around the world.

Day to day :

• Preparing export documents like commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin
• Liaising with hauliers and customs brokers to keep shipments on schedule
• Managing import paperwork and checking supplier documentation
• Running order tracking reports and updating import / export registers
• Sorting out customs queries and supporting colleagues with import / export questions
• Keeping everything filed, logged and audit ready

It would be great to hear from you if you\’re someone who :

• Has experience in shipping, logistics or export / import admin
• Understands Inco Terms, commodity codes and customs processes
• Is confident using Excel and enjoys working with systems
• Has great organisational skills and thrives on accuracy
• Can prioritise tasks and stay calm under pressure
