This position requires four days per week onsite in Bridgwater.
Working as a trusted partner to operational leaders, employees and trade union representatives, you will deliver a comprehensive generalist HR service while helping to shape the site's people strategy.
This is a hands-on position suited to an HR professional who enjoys being close to operations, building trusted relationships and achieving practical results.
