Property Paralegal / Trainee Legal Executive Crosby | Full-Time | Permanent An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Property Paralegal or Trainee Legal Executive to join a busy and supportive Property team.

This role is ideal for someone with residential conveyancing experience who is looking to further develop their career within a fast-paced legal environment.

You will work closely with senior property lawyers, supporting a range of residential and commercial conveyancing matters from instruction through to completion and post-completion.

Key Responsibilities Assisting with residential and commercial conveyancing transactions, including leasehold matters.

Opening and managing files from onboarding through to completion and post-completion.

Preparing and maintaining client documentation and correspondence.

Managing diaries, key dates and transaction deadlines.

Providing clients with regular updates on the progress of their matters.

Liaising with estate agents, lenders, management companies and other third parties.

Using case management systems and conveyancing portals to progress transactions efficiently.

Supporting the wider property team with day-to-day administrative and legal tasks.
