An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Post Completion Administrator to join a growing Residential Conveyancing team in on the Wirral. This is a unique role offering the chance to become the firm's first dedicated Post Completion specialist. Initially, you will be responsible for managing all post-completion matters, helping to establish efficient processes and ensuring transactions are concluded accurately and within required timescales. As the department continues to grow, there will be the opportunity to develop the function further and take ownership of the post-completion process, with the potential to progress into a supervisory or team management role. Key Responsibilities:
- Managing all post-completion matters from completion through to file closure.
- Submitting applications to the Land Registry.
- Preparing and submitting SDLT returns.
- Dealing with Land Registry requisitions.
- Ensuring all transactions are concluded accurately and within required timescales.
