Are you a strategic, forward-thinking People professional who thrives on making a real impact? A leading agricultural supplies business with over 100 years of heritage is looking for an HR Business Partner to join the team at their Llansantffraid HQ. This is a high-impact, hands-on role where you'll partner with senior leaders to deliver the people strategy and shape the colleague experience across a complex, multi-site organisation. The business has a fantastic culture - open, collaborative, and genuinely people-centric - and you'll work closely with colleagues across all divisions to drive engagement and performance. Key Responsibilities:
- Build strong relationships with leaders, acting as a trusted advisor across all things People & Culture
- Coach and support managers to drive performance, engagement and positive behaviours
- Champion a high-performance, values-led culture - challenging constructively where needed
- Lead on succession planning, talent development and workforce planning
- Use internal and external data to bring fresh thinking and influence decisions
- Ensure policies and practices are fair, compliant and commercially sound
- Support recruitment, onboarding, change programmes and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team and business divisions to share knowledge and build consistency
About You:
- CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) with strong HRBP experience in a multi-site or complex organisation
- Commercially minded and confident influencing at senior level
- Experienced in driving change and supporting cultural transformation
- Great with data - not just reporting, but using it to tell a story and shape strategy
- Sound knowledge of UK employment law and best practice
- A proactive coach and relationship builder who can balance challenge with support
- Comfortable working in ambiguity - with a sleeves-up, practical approach
