We are recruiting for a motivated Motor Sales Executive to join a successful and growing dealership. This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious individual who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about delivering an exceptional customer experience.
The Role
As a Motor Sales Executive, you will be responsible for guiding customers through the entire vehicle purchasing journey, from initial enquiry through to handover.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcoming and engaging with customers both in person and online.
- Identifying customer needs and recommending suitable vehicles.
- Arranging and conducting vehicle demonstrations and test drives.
- Managing the sales process from enquiry to delivery.
- Building strong relationships with new and existing customers.
- Promoting finance, warranty and additional product options.
- Achieving individual and dealership sales targets.
- Maintaining accurate customer records and follow-up activity.
About You
- Previous sales experience is preferred, ideally within the motor trade.
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
- Professional, personable and confident approach.
- Passion for delivering outstanding customer service.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Full UK Driving Licence required.
