We are seeking a Merchandiser to support the management and optimisation of a large online product catalogue across Shopify and our main website, for an eCommerce business specialising in homeware. This is a highly administrative, detail-driven role that involves working with large volumes of product data. It is best suited to someone who is highly organised, accurate, and comfortable handling repetitive, process-led tasks on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain extensive product listings and SKU data across Shopify and online marketplaces
  • Ensure all product information, including pricing, imagery, and descriptions, is accurate and consistently updated
  • Create and optimise product listings to improve visibility and conversion rates
  • Carry out regular data cleansing, updates, and general catalogue maintenance
  • Monitor stock levels and support coordination with operations and supply chain teams
  • Assist with promotional campaigns, product launches, and seasonal updates
  • Maintain product categorisation, attributes, and overall merchandising standards across the website
  • Analyse product performance and identify opportunities for improvement

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Merchandising, eCommerce, or Product Listings role
  • Strong hands-on experience with Shopify (essential)
  • Proven experience managing large product catalogues and high volumes of SKUs
  • High level of accuracy with exceptional attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with repetitive, process-driven, administrative tasks
