Adele Carr Recruitment is supporting a large, complex organisation in Liverpool with the appointment of multiple Finance Change & Transformation Accountants to lead a critical ERP implementation project on a fixed term contract. There are several vacancies, each over an 18 month period and you will be required to commit to the length of contract in full. This is a business-critical role, where you will shape the future of finance systems, processes and reporting - delivering a platform that will support operations for years to come.
You will operate at the heart of the transformation, working closely with senior Finance leaders, system partners and stakeholders across the organisation. You will act as a key bridge between Finance, Transformation and Technical teams, ensuring alignment and successful delivery throughout the project life cycle.
The Role
You will take ownership of transformation delivery across your finance work-stream, leading both technical system implementation and finance process redesign. Key responsibilities include:
- Leading Unit4 ERPx configuration aligned to business needs (minimal customisation / best practice)
- Driving data migration activity (cleansing, mapping, validation of large, complex data sets)
- Overseeing system integrations to ensure seamless data flow across platforms
