We are seeking an experienced, enthusiastic, and approachable Family Law Paralegal to join a well-established and growing team based in Huyton. This is an excellent opportunity for a candidate who is passionate about family law and committed to supporting clients through often challenging circumstances.
The Role
You will be working within a busy and supportive team, assisting on a varied caseload of Public and Private Law matters, with a strong focus on Legal Aid work. Your duties will include:
- Supporting a solicitor with case management
- Conducting client meetings
- Drafting Part 25 and C2 applications
- Ensuring compliance with Court directions
- Managing administrative and procedural aspects of files
About You
To be successful in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience as a Family Law Paralegal working on Legal Aid cases (essential)
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- The ability to communicate with empathy and professionalism
- A proactive, positive attitude and strong work ethic
- The ability to work effectively within a team
You will be approachable, grounded, and genuinely motivated to provide excellent client care.
