  • Coach and support managers to drive performance, engagement and positive behaviours
  • Champion a high-performance, values-led culture - challenging constructively where needed
  • Lead on succession planning, talent development and workforce planning
  • Use internal and external data to bring fresh thinking and influence decisions
  • Ensure policies and practices are fair, compliant and commercially sound
  • Support recruitment, onboarding, change programmes and continuous improvement
  • Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team and business divisions to share knowledge and build consistency

CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) with strong HRBP experience in a multi-site or complex organisation.
