A leading agricultural supplies business with over 100 years of heritage is looking for an HR Business Partner to join the team at their Llansantffraid HQ. - Coach and support managers to drive performance, engagement and positive behaviours
- Champion a high-performance, values-led culture - challenging constructively where needed
- Lead on succession planning, talent development and workforce planning
- Use internal and external data to bring fresh thinking and influence decisions
- Ensure policies and practices are fair, compliant and commercially sound
- Support recruitment, onboarding, change programmes and continuous improvement
- Collaborate with the wider People & Culture team and business divisions to share knowledge and build consistency
CIPD Level 7 (or equivalent) with strong HRBP experience in a multi-site or complex organisation.
- Experienced in driving change and supporting cultural transformation
- Great with data - not just reporting, but using it to tell a story and shape strategy
- A proactive coach and relationship builder who can balance challenge with support
