Credit Controller
Location: Frodsham
Salary: £25,000-£30,000 per annum (depends on experience)

Are you a tenacious and relationship-driven Credit Controller looking to join a supportive finance team.
Adele Carr Recruitment is partnering with a thriving SME business that values precision and proactive credit management. You'll take ownership of your own ledger, build rapport with clients, and play a key role in reducing aged debt.
Key Responsibilities
- Chasing outstanding payments via phone and email
- Managing a portfolio of customer accounts to reduce aged debt
- Resolving invoice disputes and account queries promptly and professionally
- Allocating incoming payments and reconciling customer accounts
- Preparing weekly debt reports for management review
- Working closely with sales and customer service to resolve issues impacting payment
- Supporting wider month-end processes within the finance team
What we're looking for
- Previous experience in a credit control or accounts receivable role
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a busy workload
- Confident with Excel and finance/accounting software
- A team player with great attention to detail
- Experience within a B2B environment preferred
