Type: Full-Time, Permanent About the Role We are seeking an experienced and motivated Conveyancing Fee Earner to join our busy and growing Residential Property team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive individual who can independently manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters while delivering exceptional client service.
The successful candidate will handle transactions from instruction through to completion and work closely with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other solicitors to ensure smooth and efficient transactions.
Key Responsibilities Managing a full caseload of residential conveyancing matters, including: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases Re-mortgages Transfers of equity New build purchases Shared ownership transactions Right to Buy matters Providing clear and practical legal advice to clients.
Maintaining regular communication with clients and third parties.
Preparing and reviewing contracts, searches, and legal documentation.
Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.
