Adele Carr is recruiting for a fully remote opportunity to hire a Partner Sales Manager for a high-growth SaaS business. This is a newly created, strategic role designed to strengthen and expand revenue through key partnerships. This is a fully remote position where current employees of the business are based all around the world and work together remotely. You must be based in the United Kingdom and have access to high speed internet.

With a strong presence in the tech space, the business delivers virtual desktop solutions to a range of sectors, including healthcare, education, and finance.
We are searching for a motivated, results-driven individual with strong partner sales or channel development experience. The successful candidate will thrive in an autonomous environment and bring a hunter mindset to revenue growth.
Salary & Benefits:
- Salary: £50,000-£60,000 (OTE up to £130,000)
- Remote working with flexible hours (must overlap with 12-5 PM EST)
- 34 days annual leave inc. statutory

What Will Be Expected of You:
- This role focuses on building, managing, and optimising a global partner network.
- Identify and recruit high-potential partners
- Lead outreach campaigns and market engagement initiatives
- Build tailored value propositions and lead discovery meetings
- Negotiate and formalise partnership agreements
- Manage partner relationships with tailored growth strategies
- Conduct quarterly reviews and support co-marketing and enablement
- Collaborate across Sales, Marketing, and Client Success functions
- Monitor and report on partner performance and KPIs
What We Are Looking For:
- 5+ years in partner sales, channel management, or business development
- Proven track record of revenue generation through partner channels
- Background in SaaS, software, or cloud-based environments would be ideal not essential
- Strong understanding of ISV/MSP models would be ideal not essential
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
- Independent self-starter, comfortable in a remote-first environment
