A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an experienced HR Systems & Process Advisor to join a progressive organisation investing heavily in HR technology, digital transformation and continuous improvement.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys improving HR systems, analysing people data and delivering innovative solutions that enhance both the employee and manager experience.
Working closely with the wider HR function, you'll be responsible for developing HR systems, producing insightful reporting, improving HR processes and supporting digital projects that help drive organisational performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and develop HR systems, including SuccessFactors
- Produce HR reports, dashboards and people analytics
- Maintain HR data accuracy and GDPR compliance
- Improve HR processes through automation and standardisation
- Support HR system upgrades, testing and implementation
- Produce workforce planning and organisational reporting
- Develop HR workflows and self-service solutions
- Partner with Payroll, Finance and operational stakeholders
- Deliver HR systems training and user support
- Support AI adoption and HR technology innovation
- Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
- Experience within HR Systems, HRIS, HR Operations or People Analytics
- CIPD Level 5 or equivalent experience
- Strong understanding of HR processes
- Experience using SuccessFactors would be advantageous
- Advanced Excel reporting skills
- Strong analytical, organisational and project management skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- High attention to detail and commitment to data quality
