Salary & Benefits:
- Β£26,000+ per annum (Salary depending on experience)
- Monday to Friday, 35 hours per week

What will be expected of you:
As Bookings Coordinator, you'll be responsible for scheduling and managing crew bookings across multiple live events, shows, and venues throughout the UK. Working alongside a close-knit team, your role will involve balancing long-term planning with fast-paced, last-minute change, all while keeping a calm, professional approach.
- Coordinate and manage crew bookings for a wide range of live events and projects
- Build strong working relationships with crew members and clients over the phone and email
- React quickly to booking changes, cancellations, and urgent requests
- Maintain accurate records of all bookings and schedules using internal systems
- Use negotiation and persuasion skills to confirm availability and fill gaps efficiently
- Communicate with multiple departments to ensure smooth operations
- Uphold a high standard of confidentiality when dealing with sensitive client information
What we are looking for:
- A confident communicator with a professional and friendly phone manner
- Experience in a coordination, scheduling, bookings, or office-based admin role
- Quick-thinking and calm under pressure, with a proactive and solution-focused approach
- Comfortable juggling multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Previous experience in negotiation, persuasion, or sales is a bonus
- Good IT skills, including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook or Gmail)
- A positive, team-player attitude with a sense of responsibility
