Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00am-5:30pm Hybrid working after 1st 3x months

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the monthly project invoicing and revenue billing cycle, ensuring accuracy and compliance with contractual terms.
  • Review project timesheets, rate cards and contracts to ensure all billable activity is captured correctly.
  • Work closely with Project and Engagement Leads to review project performance, budgets and forecasts.
  • Produce and review budget packs, identifying over/underspend, risks and commercial opportunities.
  • Facilitate monthly commercial review meetings with key stakeholders.
  • Provide financial insight into project profitability, utilisation and revenue optimisation.
  • Review project lifecycles and identify opportunities to maximise revenue from existing projects.
