We are recruiting for an experienced Office Manager to join a well-established professional services firm with multiple sites across the region. This is a varied, hands-on role responsible for the smooth day-to-day running of the office, supporting the wider team and helping to ensure efficient processes across the business.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing the day-to-day running of the office
- Supporting and coordinating the administration team
- Overseeing office processes, systems and procedures
- Managing office supplies, facilities, equipment and suppliers
- Supporting senior management with administrative requirements
- Coordinating meetings, visitors and internal events
- Assisting with onboarding and general HR administration
- Monitoring workloads, deadlines and priorities
- Maintaining accurate records and documentation
- Supporting compliance, health & safety and office policies
- Identifying and implementing improvements to office processes
- Liaising with other sites to ensure effective communication and consistency
About You
We are looking for an organised and proactive Office Manager, Practice Manager, Office Coordinator or Senior Administrator who enjoys taking ownership and keeping a busy office running smoothly. You will have:
- Previous office management or senior administration experience
- Excellent organisation and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to manage multiple priorities
- Good Microsoft Office/IT skills
- A professional and approachable manner
- Confidence working with senior stakeholders
Experience within professional services, property, legal, accountancy, financial services or a similar environment would be advantageous. This is a great opportunity to join an established multi-site business and play a key role in the effective running of the office.
