Marketing Product Manager
Are you an experienced Marketing Product Manager with a background in product marketing, brand, product launches and driving commercial growth?
We're recruiting on behalf of an established manufacturing business with a strong reputation for quality and innovation. Following an internal promotion, they're looking for a commercially minded individual to take ownership of a product portfolio and help drive its continued growth.
The Role
You'll manage products throughout their lifecycle, from market research and positioning through to launch, marketing and ongoing performance. Working closely with sales, marketing and product development teams, you'll identify opportunities to increase sales, improve profitability and strengthen market position.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement product marketing strategies.
- Plan and deliver product launches and go-to-market activities.
- Research market trends, customer needs and competitor activity.
- Analyse sales data and product performance to identify growth opportunities.
- Manage marketing budgets and monitor return on investment.
- Work with sales and product development teams to bring new products to market.
- Review product ranges and identify opportunities to improve profitability.
About You
- Proven experience in product marketing, product management or brand management.
- Experience developing marketing strategies and delivering product launches.
- Strong commercial awareness and analytical skills.
- Confident managing projects, budgets and multiple priorities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- A proactive approach with a focus on results.
Experience within a manufacturing or product-led business would be advantageous.
