Are you an HR Administrator, HR Assistant or Recruitment Administrator with experience supporting new starters? Our client, a well-established organisation in Liverpool, is looking for an HR Onboarding Administrator to join its collaborative People Services team. This temporary, ongoing position offers the opportunity to develop your HR experience while helping new employees make a positive start.

The Role: You'll coordinate employee onboarding administration from offer acceptance through to joining. Working with hiring managers and the wider People team, you'll ensure documents, checks and employee records are completed accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Produce employment contracts, offer letters and onboarding documentation.
  • Gather new starter information and follow up outstanding paperwork.
  • Support the completion of pre-employment checks.
  • Set up and update employee records within HR systems.
  • Liaise with internal teams to organise start dates and induction arrangements.
  • Act as a point of contact for onboarding queries from new employees and managers.
  • Maintain onboarding trackers and highlight outstanding actions.
  • Ensure personal information is handled confidentially and accurately.
  • Assist with wider People Services administration as required.

About You: You'll bring experience in HR administration, recruitment support or onboarding, together with a methodical approach and strong attention to detail. You'll also have:

  • Excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
  • Confidence coordinating administration for multiple new starters.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience maintaining accurate records and handling sensitive information.
  • Confidence using Microsoft Office and digital systems.
