We're recruiting for an experienced Group HR Manager to join a well-established organisation supporting approximately 400 employees across a portfolio of hotels, inns and restaurants. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact within a fast-paced, operational environment where no two days are the same.
The Role
As Group HR Manager, you'll take ownership of the full HR function, providing both strategic and hands-on support across multiple locations. Working closely with senior managers, you'll oversee the complete employee lifecycle while ensuring compliance with employment legislation and promoting best practice throughout the business. You'll also mentor and support a part-time HR Officer, helping to develop both the individual and the wider HR function.
Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end recruitment, onboarding and induction processes.
- Leading employee relations cases including disciplinary, grievance, capability and wellbeing matters.
