Fast-growing attention metrics company looking for an experienced partnerships professional to grow revenue and adoption across publishers, ad networks, and programmatic partners in EMEA.

Since 2020, we've become the trusted media quality measurement partner for 40% of Fortune 50 brands who rely on our award‑winning AU metric to plan smarter campaigns, invest in high-quality inventory, and drive stronger business outcomes. Our business continues to scale rapidly, outperforming the industry with a 35% three-year CAGR. What began as a 9-person startup in 2019 is now a team of more than 75.

This position reports to the SVP of Sales and is responsible for growing revenue and adoption across Adelaide’s EMEA publisher, ad network, and programmatic partnerships, with additional support for emerging areas such as MMM. In this role, you will be joining a small, fast‑moving EMEA commercial team. You’ll be responsible for developing new partnerships and growing a portfolio of existing relationships across publishers, ad networks, and programmatic platforms.

We’re seeking a candidate with 5+ years of experience in adtech, digital media, or measurement, including direct experience working with publishers, ad networks, SSPs, or other programmatic partners. This is a remote role for UK‑based candidates.

Compensation: This role offers a competitive compensation package consisting of a base salary plus performance‑based variable compensation, with variable compensation making up approximately 25% of total On‑Target Earnings (OTE). Base Salary Range: £70,000 - £80,000. OTE Range: £93,000 - £107,000. Final Compensation Will Be Calibrated Based On Experience.

In This Role, You Will:

  • Build deep expertise in attention measurement and how media quality products are commercialized
  • Learn how an emerging metric becomes a market standard across publishers, advertisers, and platforms
  • Gain experience commercializing programmatic integrations and emerging measurement applications, including MMM
  • Strengthen your ability to build and grow a diverse portfolio of EMEA partnerships

Core responsibilities:

  • Own and grow revenue across a portfolio of EMEA publisher, ad network, and programmatic partnerships
  • Develop and execute account plans across new and existing partner relationships
  • Build deep, multilevel relationships within key partner organizations
  • Pitch and train partner teams on AU and guide them through integrations that make it easier to access and activate
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, Customer Success, Sales on go‑to‑market plans for integrations and partner launches
  • Support emerging partnership opportunities in areas such as MMM
  • Maintain accurate pipeline, account, and revenue information in HubSpot

What you'll bring:

  • 5+ years of experience in AdTech, digital media, or measurement, including experience with publishers, ad networks, SSPs, or other programmatic partners
  • A demonstrated track record of growing revenue through new and existing partner relationships
  • Strong knowledge of the programmatic ecosystem, including DSPs, SSPs, pre‑bid targeting, curation, and deal setup
  • Experience managing commercial relationships from initial opportunity through integration, launch, and ongoing growth
  • Confidence pitching, presenting, and training partner teams across different levels of seniority
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain technical products in clear, commercially compelling language
  • A proactive, organized working style and curiosity about using AI and automation to improve commercial execution

  • Familiarity with attention measurement or the broader media quality landscape
  • Experience commercializing publisher or programmatic integrations
