Adelaide PHN is seeking a Strategy & Engagement Project Officer to support strategic engagement, stakeholder partnerships and priority projects that contribute to better health outcomes for our community.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support strategic engagement, stakeholder management and priority projects.
- Work across planning, implementation, monitoring and evaluation to deliver high quality outcomes.
- Build proactive relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support collaboration and strategic partnerships.
- Prepare written materials that support project delivery, governance and decision making.
- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives aligned with Adelaide PHN priorities.
About You
- Tertiary qualification in project management, health or health-related degree and/or equivalent experience in a related field or relevant certification.
- Experience in project coordination, stakeholder engagement, implementing strategic initiatives or a similar role.
- Ability to apply high-level project and change management principles and methodologies.
- Strong communication skills both verbal and written and ability to communicate with a range of stakeholders.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to develop and maintain strong collaborative partnerships and create harmonious working relationships.
- Ability to be self-directed and demonstrate high-level time management skills.
- Understanding of the primary health or aged care, commissioning or community sector environment will be highly regarded.
Position Details
This position is being offered as either a full-time or part-time (0.8 FTE), ongoing contract. There is flexibility to work from home one day per week post induction and training.
