The Automation Operations Associate, Sales reports to the VP of Sales and serves as a key partner to Adelaide's sales leadership team. This role focuses on helping our sales team spend less time on manual work and more time driving growth. Working closely with sales leadership, you'll identify opportunities to streamline workflows, automate processes, improve data quality, and implement tools that help the team operate more effectively.

Part automation builder, part problem solver, and part operator, you'll support our CRM, revenue systems, reporting, and go‑to‑market processes. Day‑to‑day, you'll build automations, optimize workflows, support pipeline operations, and help implement new technologies across the sales organization. You’ll help shape how Adelaide leverages AI and automation across our revenue organization while gaining hands‑on experience in Sales Operations and Revenue Operations at a fast‑growing company. Compensation

Base Salary Range: $65,000-$75,000. This role includes a competitive compensation package consisting of base salary, performance‑based bonus, and equity. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, level, and location.

  • Support sales leadership and operations.

  • Schedule and organize meetings for the sales team.
  • Gather pre‑sale account insights.

CRM & Business Systems

  • Maintain HubSpot data quality, workflows, dashboards, and reporting.
  • Maintain pipeline hygiene and surface reporting that helps the team and leadership see what’s moving.

AI & Automation

  • Map sales and sales‑support workflows and solve for process bottlenecks.
  • Design, build, and maintain automations that reduce manual effort.
  • Help teams leverage AI to improve productivity and reduce administrative work.

What you’ll bring

  • Entry level - 3 years of experience in Sales Operations/Support, Business Operations, Sales Support, or a related field.
  • Strong organization and judgment - you can juggle multiple priorities and decide what to automate vs. what to simplify first.

  • BA/BS degree or relevant experience.
