To support the organisation’s quality assurance and governance systems by carrying out audits, monitoring compliance, identifying risks, and supporting continuous improvement across residential and domiciliary care services. The Quality Assurance Auditor will provide independent assurance that services are operating in line with CQC regulations, organisational standards, and best practice, while supporting managers to improve quality and outcomes.
Requirements
- Essential
- Relevant qualification in Health & Social Care, Quality Assurance, Compliance, Business Administration, or equivalent experience
- Experience working in health and social care or another regulated environment
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong report-writing and analytical skills
- Good IT skills including Microsoft Office and digital reporting systems
- Good organisational skills and ability to manage competing priorities
- Satisfactory DBS check
- Desirable
- NVQ Level 3 or above in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
- Training in auditing, investigations, governance, or quality improvement
- Full UK driving licence
- Experience in residential and/or domiciliary care services
