About the Role

Reporting to the Human Resources Manager, you will provide comprehensive HR and recruitment administration support across the organisation. You will be responsible for:

  • Managing the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process
  • Conducting right to work and visa checks
  • Monitoring Home Office sponsorship compliance
  • Preparing contracts, offer letters, and HR correspondence
  • Maintaining accurate employee records and compliance trackers
  • Processing DBS applications and reference checks
  • Coordinating interviews
  • Supporting managers with HR-related queries
