Adẹ̀kọ́ & Co. Studio is seeking a Graphic Brand Designer to join its team in London. Adẹ̀kọ́ & Co. Studio is an independent, multi-disciplinary design studio specialising in storytelling through space, materiality and brand experience. Stories are powerful, and strong brands are built around them. We make every brand experience unique and memorable by telling its own story, exploring palettes of materials, colours and moods. Everything, from form to finish, is chosen with intent, and it all comes back to the story.
As our team continues to grow, we are looking for a highly creative, organised and detail-focused Graphic Brand Designer to support hospitality, F&B and lifestyle branding projects across print, digital, campaigns, presentations and content.
Location: Design District, London, SE10
Hours: 9:00am to 6:00pm, Monday to Friday
Annual leave: 24 days, plus bank holidays and your birthday off

About the role
The successful candidate will work closely with the Creative Director, Head of Projects and wider studio team to develop elevated brand identities, visual communication assets and design-led storytelling across multiple channels. This role is suited to a designer with proven experience in luxury branding, whether across fashion, luxury goods, hospitality or F&B. The successful candidate will bring strong creative thinking, refined visual judgement and the ability to deliver high-quality design work for premium audiences.
Key responsibilities
- Develop creative, engaging and distinctive brand concepts
- Design visual and communication assets across print, digital, social, PR, retail and marketing channels
- Translate brand identities across digital platforms while maintaining a consistent and elevated visual language
- Support website, landing page, newsletter, campaign and social media design
- Create high-standard presentations, overview decks, layouts and brand guidelines
- Support art direction, photography, filming, retouching and video editing
- Design and deliver printed materials, packaging, campaign layouts and editorial assets
- Manage design production, supplier communication and quality control
- Support project coordination, workflow planning and delivery deadlines
- Mentor and support junior designers, apprentices and interns where required
Requirements
- Minimum six years’ experience in graphic design or brand design
- Proven experience working within luxury branding, ideally across fashion, luxury goods, hospitality or F&B
- Strong understanding of elevated visual storytelling, premium brand positioning and design standards for luxury audiences
- Confident working across brand identity, digital design, print design, campaign assets and presentations
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat and project management tools
- Experience with motion or presentation software such as After Effects, Premiere Pro, PowerPoint or Keynote is desirable
- Strong file management, attention to detail and quality control
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams in a fast-paced studio environment
- Confident communication skills when working with internal teams, clients, suppliers and external collaborators
- A proactive, pragmatic and solutions-led approach to work
