Pay: £13.48 standard and 150%. The shift pattern is similar to 4 on 4 off. Hours are 20.00 - 04.00.
No prior experience required; open to anyone. Candidates need to have good communication skills (can understand and speak basic English). Will be working in groups of 3/4, on feet for the majority of the shift but given breaks throughout.
Induction given on the first night, including site induction, health & safety, and expectations.
- Performs basic tasks related to facility services (e.g. cleaning, copy, archiving, mailroom, moving, janitorial, caretaker).
- Completes defined and described tasks and routine related work.
- Maintains grass and vegetation, including removal of snow and debris.
- Receives general direction from supervisor.
- Uses tools and power equipment, such as mowers, tractors, snow blowers, chainsaws, electric clippers, and liquid and powder applicators.
- Keeps equipment, indoor and outdoor industrial and office sites in clean and operating condition.
