We're looking for an experienced Workplace / Office Coordinator to support a fast-growing, high-energy global tech company. This is a hands-on role where you'll take ownership of the day-to-day running of the office, ensuring everything operates smoothly and the team feels fully supported.
Key responsibilities include:
- Acting as the primary contact for office operations, facilities, and vendors
- Managing maintenance requests, supplies, deliveries, and general administration
- Supporting remote team members with admin needs
- Overseeing equipment procurement and kitchen/restocking
- Coordinating meetings, including room setup, catering, and visitor management
- Playing a key role in maintaining a positive and well-run office environment
