Active Directory SME/Engineer £45-50,000 per annum + permanent benefits SW England (Hampshire) – Fully Onsite This position requires DV CLEARANCE, so you MUST be eligible (British Passport) A leading IT Consultancy is looking to recruit an Active Directory SME to support a key end client based in the South-West of England. You will play a vital role supporting a range of enterprise applications software and technologies, driving business objectives and processes. These tasks involve AD related applications such as Domain Name System (DNS), Active Directory Federation Services (ADFS) and associated, such as Public Key Infrastructure (PKI), which include both on-premises and Entra responsibilities. Key skills High level understanding of Azure AD Tenant, PowerShell, and Application Programming Interface (API) management. Strong problem-solving capabilities, benefitting from previously being involved in or performing AD Disaster Recovery, and the ability to effectively employ available resources and best practices (i.e. automation of manual procedures) where applicable. Familiarity with delegated access to AD and of applying the principle of least privilege to users and admins is a must, along with being familiar with standard and bespoke methods for Role Based Access Control.
