Location: Paddington (1 day remote on Friday)
Responsibilities:
- Manage the weekly Travel reconciliation process in collaboration with the Travel and Finance departments.
- Review and improve current operational processes and procedures to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Review and develop service standards across operational departments.
- Support department heads in reporting KPIs for the workforce team.
- Maintain internal systems and records, including data entry and database management.
- Ensure data accuracy and accessibility for stakeholders.
- Manage inbound and outbound communication via platforms like AirCall and Zendesk.
- Assist the Director of Workforce with scheduling, minutes, and project coordination.
- Collaborate with colleagues, sharing best practices and ideas.
- Represent the organization appropriately as an ambassador.
