Responsibilities:
- Lead the implementation of programming best practices, focusing on scalability, automation, and optimisation of Workday Extend applications, including Orchestrate.
- Develop and implement a minimum of four robust Workday Extend applications tailored to meet business needs.
- Collaborate closely with business teams to deliver practical solutions that drive results.
- Ensure adherence to information security policies and practices for all integrations.
- Communicate complex technical concepts clearly to stakeholders, bridging the gap between IT and business.
- Integrate Workday with Outlook APIs to enhance workflow automation and data synchronisation.
- Utilise large language models (LLMs) to summarise chat interactions, boosting communication efficiency.
Qualifications:
- Expert proficiency in the Workday Extend platform is essential.
- Extensive experience in designing, estimating, and building custom software applications in Workday Extend.
- A deep understanding of Workday data and security models is crucial.
