Provide expert technical support to customers, installers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
Handle incoming customer and technical enquiries via phone and email.
Provide accurate product information and installation guidance.
Maintain and update technical documentation, certificates and product data.
Support testing activities, product comparisons and quality assurance processes.
Prepare reports and maintain accurate records within CRM and internal systems.
Assist in developing training materials, installation guides and technical resources.
Liaise with sales, purchasing, technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless customer support.
Maintain organised testing records and ensure documentation remains compliant and accessible.
