Sales Coordinator
This is an exciting opportunity to join a growing, innovative business operating within the manufacturing sectors.
The Sales Coordinator will provide comprehensive administrative and sales support to the commercial team.
This position is responsible for managing schedules, coordinating meetings, preparing quotations and reports, maintaining customer records and acting as a key point of contact for customers.
Key Tasks
- Manage calendars, meetings, appointments and travel arrangements.
- Screen and direct incoming calls and emails.
- Respond to routine enquiries on behalf of the sales team.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, presentations and documentation.
- Produce and issue customer quotations.
- Coordinate internal and external meetings.
- Ensure all relevant materials and information are available ahead of meetings.
- Monitor and follow up on meeting actions and outcomes.
- Maintain accurate customer records within the CRM system.
- Follow up quotations with customers via telephone and email.
- Support account management activities and customer communications.
- Compile and analyse sales data to produce reports.
- Assist in managing and progressing the sales pipeline.
