- Collaborate with Recruiting Managers: Work closely with various departments to establish effective advertising and selection strategies that ensure a fair and transparent recruitment process.
- Oversee Recruitment Processes: Manage all aspects of recruitment activities - from crafting compelling job advertisements to ensuring a smooth onboarding experience for new hires.
- Coach and Train: Provide one-on-one and group training sessions to recruiting managers and interview panels on best practices in recruitment and selection.
- Monitor and Report: Analyse recruitment data and trends, providing insightful reports to the Recruitment Manager to identify areas for improvement.
