We're looking for a Projects Development Manager to play a key role in supporting commercial growth. This is a dynamic, office-based position where you'll be tracking projects from early design stages through to completion, supporting sales activity, and ensuring outstanding customer experience throughout the journey.
The Role
You'll be at the centre of live construction projects, acting as the internal coordinator between customers, sales teams, technical specialists, and operations.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Managing and tracking projects from enquiry through to installation
- Monitoring milestones, timelines, and actions to keep projects moving forward
- Maintaining accurate project data within the CRM system
- Coordinating pricing, technical information, samples, and project documentation
- Proactively following up on quotations, technical queries, and outstanding actions
- Supporting internal sales teams and contributing to pipeline progression
- Handling inbound enquiries and making outbound calls to develop new opportunities
- Preparing proposals, product information, and follow-up communications
- Identifying opportunities to upsell or introduce additional products within projects
- Providing market and competitor insights to support decision-making
