Responsibilities:
- Support the night shift loading team to meet loading targets.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
- Support accident investigations following established procedures.
- Complete daily and weekly performance reports.
- Collaborate with warehouse and management teams to maintain high work standards.
- Identify and address performance issues with the Operations Manager.
Essential (Knowledge, skills, qualifications, experience):
- Counterbalance and reach truck licence.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and multitask effectively.
- Proficient in IT with strong spreadsheet skills.
- Experience operating reach and counterbalance trucks.
