Our client is on the lookout for a dedicated Laboratory Quality Analyst to join their vibrant team in Evesham. You will play a vital role in ensuring the highest quality standards for products in the flexible packaging industry!

Your Role

  • Provide hands-on training to Operators on testing methods and equipment usage.
  • Conduct laboratory investigations and analyse materials to address internal quality issues and customer complaints.
  • Engage in method development and validation while maintaining a robust statutory test matrix.
  • Maintain accurate quality databases and produce comprehensive reports for various stakeholders.

  • Conduct physical and analytical testing on trial materials to support product and process optimisation.
  • Engage with laboratory instrument manufacturers for servicing and repairs.
  • Perform risk assessments and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Maintain laboratory equipment and chemical stocks.

  • Build relationships with external customers, suppliers, and partners.
