Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement medium-term Category Plans and sourcing strategies to optimize third-party spend.
- Conduct strategic analyses of markets and provider trends to identify cost-saving opportunities.

- Manage the tender process, from document preparation to contract negotiation.
