Join a dynamic team driving strategic change across EMEA - 6 Month Contract. We’re looking for a proactive and detail-oriented PMO Analyst to support complex programmes and projects within a leading financial institution. This role offers exposure to senior stakeholders, strategic initiatives, and the chance to develop your career in a collaborative, fast-paced environment.
What You’ll Do
- Support programme governance and ensure compliance with PMO standards.
- Maintain RAIDD logs and assist with risk and issue management.
- Coordinate meetings across multiple time zones and capture key decisions.
- Prepare accurate reports and documentation for senior stakeholders.
- Track resource allocation and maintain programme documentation.
- Provide administrative and analytical support to Programme Managers and PMO.
- Contribute to continuous improvement of processes and tools.
